Privacy Policy

Life Song Bible Ministries respects your privacy. This policy explains how our private desktop application, My Daily Prayer Desktop App, uses information received through Google and YouTube APIs.

Information the application accesses

The application requests permission to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels explicitly authorized by the ministry operator. Google provides an OAuth access token and refresh token so the application can perform authorized uploads. The application does not request Google passwords.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to authenticate the authorized YouTube channel and upload or manage ministry video content requested by the channel owner. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally on the ministry operator’s computer and are not placed in a public database. Reasonable safeguards are used to restrict access to the authorized operator.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or transfer Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Data may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens remain on the authorized computer until access is revoked or the local token files are deleted. Uploaded videos are retained by YouTube according to the channel owner’s settings and Google’s policies.

Revoke access

The channel owner can revoke the application’s access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. The operator may also delete the locally stored OAuth token files.

Children’s privacy

This private administrative application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
